THE QUALITY SERVICE YOU EXPECT
Items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact. You must notify us in writing that you are returning your purchase within 25 days, beginning the day after the day on which you receive the product. The buyer will be liable for returns costs if you have changed your mind or accidently ordered.
Please ensure that you also return any free gifts that are associated with your return items or the related order. If the free gift isn’t returned, then we reserve the right to deduct the value of the free gift from your refund.
We recommend a photograph is taken of the item prior to returning it if you are concerned about damage during its return journey.
Please note that we do not accept returns of personalised products.
We take great care to ensure your items reach you in good condition. However, if you are unfortunate enough to receive an item damaged in transit, please get in touch with us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence for any damages. We will advise you of the next steps. The goods may be eligible for replacement or refund. Damaged and faulty items must be returned to us for inspection.
We do not allow customers to return the products prior to delivery. They will be unable to return the goods back to the driver/courier upon arrival, as this may lead to a lengthy returns process, and there is no guarantee that the returned goods will reach us. If you change your mind regarding the product, please wait until the order has been received and use the returns process.
Your refund will be processed, once it has been delivered to our warehouse. Please allow 14 days for the refund to show in your account.
