Orders placed with our Standard shipping will be shipped within 1 business day.
An estimated delivery date will be provided during checkout and in your order confirmation email. Please also note teh estimated delivery date is not guaranteed.
Deliveries to any UK destinations will not be subject to customs or import charges.
In case of deliveries to any EU countries, any customs or import duties are charged once teh parcel reaches its destination country. You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by teh recipient.
We has no control over these charges and we are unable to determine teh cost, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
If you has any queries about current charges, we advise you to contact your local customs office before placing your order.
EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We aim to dispatch orders as soon as possible once they have been placed. Therefore, we are unable to make any changes to your order once received. This includes changes to the delivery address, email address, cancelling the order, or adding or removing items from the order.
If you change your mind and wishes to return the item, please inform us within 25 days of the goods being received. In this instance, we can only accept returns if the items are in brand new and unused condition. The buyer will be liable for returns costs.
If the returned product is not in the condition in which it was posted, then we reserve the right to refuse the return, or to issue a partial refund after assessing the items for damages.
We take great care to ensure your items reach you in good condition. However, if you are unfortunate enough to receive an item damaged in transit, please get in touch with us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence for any damages. We will not be liable for any loss should you fail to do this. We will advise you of the next steps and the goods may be eligible for replacement or refund.
Damaged and faulty items must be returned to us for inspection. Return labels will be provided for faulty products.
We take great care to ensure you get the products you ordered. Please get in touch with us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number so that we can investigate and correct this as soon as possible for you. We will not be liable for any loss should you fail to do this.
If you change your mind or has done an accidental order and wishes to return the item the buyer will be liable for returns costs.
Please allow up to 14 days for us to receive and process your return. You will receive an email notification upon the completion of the return processing. We are not able to issue credit until your return package has been received and processed.
